PeopleAdmin

The Job Requisition Form has been retired and is now part of the posting form, found in the Applicant Tracking Module of PeopleAdmin. PeopleAdmin is our online solution for maintaining staff job descriptions, posting open positions, and managing applicant pools. Annual evaluation and goal setting for staff is also managed in PeopleAdmin. 

You can log into PeopleAdmin from the Faculty/Staff page of the Doane website.

Position Management: The Position Management Module in PeopleAdmin is where you will work to create and modify your staff job descriptions. Before you start a requisition for a staff position be sure the job description is up-to-date so the correct information is pulled in.

Applicant Tracking: The Applicant Tracking Module in PeopleAdmin is where you will submit information for posting an open faculty, staff, or student position. This is also where you can access the applicants who have applied to a posted position and track their status.

Performance Management: The Performance Management Module houses our annual goal-setting and staff evaluation process where Doane employees, in coordination with their supervisor, set their own performance goals that they want to achieve during the year.
