Step 1: Complete the Required Paperwork
Please complete the necessary payroll paperwork as soon as possible, delaying your paperwork delays your ability to start working (and get paid!). Bring your completed paperwork to the Human Resources Office.
Academic year employment: Student payroll pays on the 15th of the month and the monthly deadline for paperwork is on or near the 10th of the month.
Summer employment: Students are paid on the last business day of the month and the monthly deadline for paperwork is on or near the 20th of the month.
If you've already worked on campus, you and your supervisor only need to complete the Student Hire Form and bring it to the Human Resources office.
If you have not worked on campus before, please complete and submit all the following paperwork to the Human Resources Office. Please pay particular attention to the Form I9 requirements under Step 2.

Step 2: Complete Form I-9 in person at the Human Resources Office
Form I-9 must be completed in the presence of a member of Doane's HR department and all required documents received before you can start working. We are required to view and copy documentation that verifies your identity. We will need to view the actual documents, not pictures. A list of acceptable items can be found here. Please provide one document from List A or two documents, one each from Lists B & C respectively.
International students: regardless of what you choose to present for Form I9 we will need you to bring your Passport and your current Form I20
Step 3: You are ready to start working on campus!
